Swim Lessons
 

SWIM LESSONS

Class S: For Children who are new to lessons or are timid in the water. Skills learned include: water adjustment, floats, breath control, front and back crawl strokes.

Class W: To enter this class your swimmer should be able to do a semi coordinated front and back crawl for about 10 yards. Skills learned include deep water bobbing, treading water, eggbeater kick, front dive and swimming underwater.

Class I: To enter this class your swimmer should be able to front and back crawl 25 yards (the length of the pool) with side breathing. Skills learned include breast stroke, improved coordination and distance in front and back crawl with proper side breathing.

Class M: To enter this class your swimmer should be able to swim a good crawl 50 yards without stopping. Skills learned include: improved breast stroke, beginning butterfly, improved technique and distance in front and back crawl.

 Complete classes S,W,I & M and your child can SWIM!

 

IMPORTANT!
IT IS EXPECTED THAT SWIMMERS WILL TAKE EACH
CLASS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE
MASTERING THE SKILLS TO MOVE TO THE NEXT CLASS.
