Services
Customer Service is managed by Kevin Rodolph. Customer Service is responsible for:
- Water and sewer hookups and disconnects
- Water, sewer, and trash billing
- Receipt and credit of water, sewer, and trash accounts
Billing Dates All utility bills are mailed on the 15th and 30th of each month (depending on where you live) and due ten days from the billing date.

Bill Payment Not sure when you get billed? Give us a call, tell us where you live and we can determine your billing cycle.
Payments can be made in person, left in the drop box in front of City Hall or mailed. If you should mail your payment please allow enough time to insure delivery before the due date. The City accepts cash, checks and money orders, we are sorry credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Emergencies For emergency utility service call (505) 632-6310. For after hours, weekends and holiday service call (505) 334-6622 and ask for the City of Bloomfield utility dispatcher.
Trash Billing Questions The City bills for trash service, any questions regarding trash pickup should be directed to Transit Waste at (505) 634-2510.
